Privacy Policy — PNLE Companion
PNLE Companion is a practice reviewer for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE), operated by AAIA Innovative Non-Voices Outsourcing Services ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. PNLE Companion is a practice tool and is not affiliated with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or an email link, we receive your email address. We never see or store your Google password.
- Study profile. The nickname, year level, target exam sitting, and daily study time you enter in the app.
- Study activity. Your answers to practice questions, scores, and progress, so the app can compute your readiness and weak spots.
- Community content. If you use the community features, the bulletin posts and messages you send, your friend connections, and any reports you file.
- Payment records. When you buy a plan, payment is processed by PayMongo. We do not receive or store your card or wallet credentials. We keep a record of the plan bought, the amount, and the transaction reference.
- Device information. A coarse device fingerprint (browser and device characteristics) used only to enforce the per-account device limit.
How we use it
- To run your account, save your progress, and show your readiness and weak spots.
- To provide the plan you paid for (trial, monthly, yearly, or the 4-year journey) and referral commissions where a referral code brought you to us.
- To operate community features and respond to reports.
- To answer your support messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Account and study data are stored with Supabase (database hosting, Singapore region). Payments are processed by PayMongo. The app itself is served by Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your study records while your account exists so your progress history stays meaningful. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing us; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except for payment records we must keep for accounting and legal purposes.
Children
PNLE Companion is for nursing students and graduates; it is not directed at children below 13 years old.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will note it on this page with a new date.
