Terms of Service — PNLE Companion
These terms govern your use of PNLE Companion, a practice reviewer for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE), operated by AAIA Innovative Non-Voices Outsourcing Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. PNLE Companion is a practice tool and is not affiliated with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
What the service is
PNLE Companion provides practice questions, readiness estimates, and study tracking for nursing students and graduates preparing for the PNLE. Practice questions are original study material. Readiness estimates are study aids only — they are not a prediction or guarantee of any board exam result.
Accounts
- You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to your email account secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
- An account is for one person. The app enforces a per-account device limit (currently 2 devices) to keep sharing fair.
- Give accurate information in your study profile; readiness estimates depend on it.
Plans, trials, and payment
- New accounts receive a free trial (currently 7 days). When the trial ends, the app locks until a plan is bought.
- Paid plans: Monthly (₱199 for 30 days), Yearly (₱1,500 for 365 days), and the Full Journey (₱4,000 one-time for 4 years), counted from the moment a payment is confirmed.
- Payments are processed by PayMongo. A plan activates when PayMongo confirms payment.
- Beta testers accepted into the beta program receive one year free when the app officially launches, as promised in the beta program.
- Refunds: if a technical fault on our side prevents a paid plan from activating, contact us and we will fix it or refund the purchase. Otherwise, digital plan purchases are non-refundable once activated, except where the law requires otherwise.
Community rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, spam, impersonation, or illegal content in bulletin posts or messages.
- Messages and posts are text only. You can report content that breaks these rules; we may remove content or restrict accounts that do.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy or redistribute the question bank or other app content for commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan locks, device limits, or referral rules, or to disrupt the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something material from a plan you already paid for, we will honor the remainder of your paid period.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
